ATP Conference Exhibitor Form

April 5th - April 9th, 2009

Albuquerque, New Mexico

 The 5th Conference of the ATP will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico April 5-8, 2009.

The 2009 conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque.

 

Exhibit Times:

Monday, April 6 - Set up 9:00 -9:30 am; Exhibit 9:30am - 4:00pm.

Tuesday, April 7 - Set up 9:00-9:30am; Exhibit 9:30am - 4:00pm

Wednesday, April 8 - NONE. (We decided to omit this exhibit time, as many participants leave on Tuesday evening or very soon after brunch)

 

Directions for Completing the Conference Exhibitor Form

  1. Complete the exhibitor information sheet (see below).  If you are presently unsure of who will be attending the conference, you can advise Tracey Williams of that information later.

  2. Determine your option choice. Options 1-7 are offered on a first come, first served basis. These options all include two complimentary tickets to Monday’s Keynote Luncheon and Awards. Because more than one company may request the same options of 1 – 3, Ms. Williams will work with you sure to find what is best for your company. An asterisk in the options sections indicates that the materials must be provided by the exhibitors. Ads or logos must be sent in 160-300 dpi jpeg file format by the payment deadline in order to appear in Conference Program.

  3. Exhibitors are required to pay conference registration to attend sessions. Meal tickets for Tuesday Breakfast and Wednesday Brunch are available at reduced rates for exhibitors.  

  4. Booths are 6 foot tables and two chairs. Self mounting company signs may be displayed but must be provided by exhibitor. Please notify us if you need electricity and if you will need more than one booth.

  5. Brochures for distribution in conference bags need to be delivered to the following address:
